We have advised a Bulgarian company which holds a master franchise agreement for the exploitation of clothing stores in Bulgaria.
This advice has consisted in obtaining the recognition and execution of an interim order against the franchisor of the Mango brand in Spain, Punto Fa SL.
The amount of the interim order is more than 9 Million Euros. The case is pending final judgment in the Supreme Court.
