My story
Lawyer specialized in advising local and international companies on commercial and corporate matters, with an extensive experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, franchising and distribution, new technologies and data privacy. He has developed his professional career in multidisciplinary law firms as well as in-house positions in multinational companies. He advises on a regular basis several companies, holding the position of Secretary of the Board of Directors and having the role of Data Privacy Officer in some of them.
